Slow Cooker Carnitas

Simple recipe I used in enchilada's instead of chicken. Worked well and would make again. I did not cook for 10 hours, meat was done in 5 in my slow cooker, so be careful.

Cocktail Meatballs II

I made the meatballs and froze them until I was ready to use. After thawing, I made the sauce and served in a croq pot. Everyone loved them and people requested the recipe.

Like others noted, the meatballs need a little kick, but other than that, great recipe that is easy to make wtih ingredients around the kitchen. I added more pasta than it called for and it absorbed a lot of the broth - bad move.

Jalapeno Pepper Appetizers

After securing with toothpick, I toss in freezer for about 10 minutes. This helps cook the bacon more without losing the cream cheese out the sides. Loved the recipe, Be sure to clean all the seeds and filament, otherwise it may be too hot for some tastebuds.

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin

I agree with other reviewers, use low sodium soy sauce, otherwise it will be too salty. I only used 1/2 cup soy to reduce the sodium even more. Fabulous flavor and easy recipe.

Phyllo Turnovers with Shrimp and Ricotta Filling

These were bland and tasteless. I followed the recipe exactly and also tried stuffing them in crescent rolls which made them taste slightly better. Won't make again.

Wally's Rib Rub

Creamy Chicken and Noodle Soup

We enjoyed this recipe. Instead of rice we used egg noddles, but I think next time I'll try Orzo. We added a little more salt for flavoring.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. Next time I would saute and add onions and green peppers. Also, the sauce tasted great, but dried up a little in the oven. I would make 1/2 recipe more of the sauce.
