Blonde Brownies I

Loved this recipe. As other viewers recommended, doubled the recipe, mixed chocolate chips into batter and stored in ziploc bags. Do not put in refrigerator, they become a little hard.

I look forward to making these again. As others suggested, I changed the filling to brown sugar and cinnamon. I also made the rolls the night before and covered the slices in the pan with Saran wrap and a towel on top. They still rose in the refrigerator and just baked them in the morning. It was a huge time saver.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

My husband and I loved these. I also followed others advice and precooked the potatoes in microwave for 8 minutes, diced the onions and added extra cheese. YUM.

Baked Ham and Cheese Party Sandwiches

My husband and I loved these. My only change was to use Honey Mustard. These were so easy to make and will satisfy anyone. They would make a great appetizer for a football party.

Old Settlers' Baked Beans

These beat the average baked beans, though mine came out a little dry, the flavor was wonderful. I also agree with other recommendations to fry the bacon seperately so it cooks thoroughly.

Great dish and my husband loved it. I would also put all the vegetables on a skewer(s) and the chicken on seperate skewers since they cook differently.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

The flavor was good, but it looked a little dried out. If followed recipe and as others noted, it hardened quickly in the bowl after removing from stove.
