This was really good-very similar to kuchen, if you know what that is....Made it in a 12 inch cast iron skillet. It filled it pretty well, so you might want to plan on a dish a little bigger than 8x8 square. Used frozen apricots instead of peaches, but otherise made as written. My husband just kept going on and on about it-that's a good sign. Definitely a keeper!

Oh SO GOOD!! Made it as written, but ended up doubling up on it all to cover the tri tip well. Might have been a little salty, but dang was it YUMMY!

Yeah, this is good, and quick! I liked it a lot, but found it to be pretty heavy in consistency. However, for how fast it goes together, and the flavor that it has, this is excellent!!!
