Great recipe! I was looking for a way to get my toddlers to eat ham and they scarfed this on Hawaiian bread! I added an extra egg (nuked in the microwave) and just pulsed everything separately in a small food chopper. I also used light mayo, you'll never know the difference. I will add some green and yellow peppers next time to add a little more veggie power!

Wonderful treat just like at the fair. I did tweak as recommended: sugar/br sugar, 2 egg whites, vanilla. Next time I will add more cinnamon or some cayenne for more kick. For those worried about cleanup-it was as easy as cleaning up after cookies...no worries!
