Butternut Squash Soup
I did roast my squash in the oven first. 375, with garlic oil salt/pepper one hour. Followed the rest of directions except used 1.5x the red pepper. I think it has a great taste.

Fiesta Fry Pan Dinner
I followed someone's advice and substituted salsa in place of the tomatoes. I also used my own taco powder that I make from a recipe on this site. I cooked the ground turkey with onion, garlic, grn pepper and s&p to taste. We ate this in a tortilla and it was fantastic. I am definitely going to be making this again.

Mustard Chicken
This is so good. And sooo easy. My picky husband added it to his list of favorite chicken dishes I make. It's unreal how two ingredients can taste so awesome together.
