To Die For Blueberry Muffins
This reciepe was SOOOO easy to make and very GOOD! I had mixed frozen berries in my freezer so I used a cup of mixed berries instead. I cut the straberries in quarters so they would be equal in size to the blueberries. Other than that I made them exactly as the recipe called for.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
I made this using a mixture of Gala, Red Delicious and Granny Smith apples. My boyfriend is a DIE HARD Mrs. Smiths apple pie fan (bless his heart, he just did not know any better) and this pie won hands down against Mrs. Smiths by all.

Poor Man's Shrimp
I made this recipe for my sisters baby shower. The theme was "Think Pink" and most of the food was pink. Not only did this dish look great on the food table, the guests enjoyed it. I would definately use the recipe again.
