Spaghetti Squash Casserole
As someone who loves spaghetti squash, I was not impressed with this recipe. You definitely need to add salt to the squash but it still lacks flavor and I don't think sour cream is a good complement to the squash. This made for a weird tasting combination. It wasn't inedible but I can hardly imagine you would be looking forward to the leftovers.

Glazed Meatloaf II
I used 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs in place of the bread and added 2 tsp. Montreal Steak Blend (mix mainly of salt, pepper and garlic). The meatloaf was very tasty and very moist!

Grandma Flo's Shipwreck
While I thought this was pretty good, my husband LOVED it. He said it was surprisingly good because it doesn't look all that appetizing. The clincher for me is that it is such an easy recipe to put together (and likely have all ingredients on hand). I did brown ground beef first and baked only 50 minutes total. I also added some garlic salt to cooked beef (potato layer definately needs to be salted on its own) and shredded cheddar on top after it was done--just put back in oven long enough to melt cheese.
