Baked Corn
This recipe was very tasty. It was different than what I expected. I thought it was going to be creamier than it was, but instead it was the consistency of corn bread. It was very good.

Sweet Potato Balls
This recipe was wonderful. Very tasty. The only problem I had was keeping them in the nice little balls. I ended up putting all the balls in a bowl and mixing. Still tasted grate.
