Crab Stuffed Flounder
I made this tonight and there wasnt one left. It came out so delicious. I did as one reviewer suggested and used 20 round buttered crackers instead of the saltines. I will definately be making this again! This recipe is a keeper :)

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These were out of this world. They were moist and delicious. The only mistake i made was not doubling the batter because they were gone in a blink of an eye. I will definately be making this again!!

Oven Roasted Potatoes
This recipe was so quick and easy. My husband couldn't get enough. The only thing i will do next time is use less red pepper flakes. It was a bit too spicy for me but overall it was yummy.
