No Bake Pumpkin Pie I
Yum, so easy you'll feel guilty. I used fresh grated nutmeg. I liked the graham cracker crust and can't wait to try the traditional pastry crust. Has a nice firm consistency, not mushy at all. Thanks.

Best Bread Machine Bread
Although and experienced cook, this is my first time with a bread machine and this must make too large a loaf for my Breadman machine. The dough overflowed and caused the lid to lift during the cooking process and clean up was a mess. My machine indicated it is 1 1/2 pound size and I measured precisely ... not sure what the problem is. Any advice?

Chicken and Dressing Casserole
Instead of all water, I use 1/2 milk, 1/2 water. Plus, I add a bag of frozen broccoli florets in the same layer as the chicken. I think it's yummy comfort food and family has enjoyed it. It's not gourmet, but it does hit the spot and has your veggies in there!
