Fish, any fish. I can't ever seem to cook it correctly! It's always a bit mushy, not flaky.

Oven Roasted Potatoes

Pizza Casserole
4.5 stars as written, 5 stars with my own modifications. I used 1/2 lb. Italian sausage instead of hamburger and added in lots of dried basil (wishing I'd had fresh!). I also subbed ziti for egg noodles, since it holds up better to heavy dishes. I used 1 lb. ziti pasta. Next time, I will add mushrooms and black olives, too!

Sweet and Nutty Moroccan Couscous
I made this dish for an international potluck and we loved it! I subbed dried apples for the raisins (which I was out of) and the result was still amazing. Thank you for the recipe!
