Roasted Vegetable Lasagna
I really liked this recipe. It makes for a fresh, different lasagna. I did read others who mentioned the no-bake noodles remained crisp on the top. I had this problem with previous lasagnas and found that adding additional water around the edges of the lasagna creates the perfect noodles.

Barbeque Pork Two Ways
Nice. We did rolls and slaw too. Even the 12, 10 an 7 year olds liked it.

Golden Yam Brownies
Really nice buttery and delish. I agree it is a bit sweet but we ate them in small doses like one would eat fudge.
