Chili Mac Casserole
This was pretty good. I didn't have the green chilies but otherwise, followed the recipe as written. It tasted fine, reheated well and was easy to prepare. 10 servings is too many for my family, so I cut the recipe in half and it was just as successful.

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins
These are fantastic! I am always skeptical when it comes to low fat muffins. They always look good but never turn out that way. Not these! I found them delicious. They also freeze well.

Pumpkin Pie Spice II
Perfect blend of spices at a fraction of the cost you would pay for it at the supermarket. I always have these spices in my cupboard. I have never bought pumpkin pie since.
