I spent several years working in a cafeteria and learned to cook so many types of foods and lots of technique. My family and I are mostly all picky eaters so I am somewhat limited in what I can cook that will be eaten! My most memorable cooking tragedy (although I've had several) was actually my sister's! One Thanksgiving she set a glass baking dish of dressing on a hot burner and it exploded all over my grandmother's kitchen!
