Definitely a keeper in our house. I made 4 batches and stored it in an air tight container for a couple of weeks. Very nice way to start the morning!

This came out quite good- they tasted very much like better quality bagels. I made mine the size of mini bagels, then topped them with pizza topping for home made 'bagel bites'. Yummy!

This was absolutely amazing. I made it exactly as it called for except that I had to use raw baking potatoes, so I cooked it until those were soft. Everyone loved it. My husband even said "I am not a fan of any soup, but you can make this anytime you would like. Make it once a week- it is THAT good". We really enjoyed how thick and filling it was. I am throwing out my old potato soup recipe now... and after that I am buying more potatoes!!
