I'm a busy single parent, operating my home-based business. Spend lots of time in the "Y" with and without my daughter. An active and involoved part of my Church. Dating and limited social life, but it does happen. I love to bake. Muffins must be my favorite, because my friends always say I always have, bring muffins everywhere. I like the comfort foods, mostly sausey, chessey things, of course. I wish there were more. Not a lot of those things passed down. There is a wonderful rice pudding. Perfecting the waffle. I'm not a time watcher, things tend to be over-cooked. Nothing a timer wouldn't help, but then again you'd have to use it.
