Don't really like to cook, but I'm pretty good at it and I love good food...so sometimes I just get over it.

Southern fried anything, turkey and dressing (not stuffing), beef stew using chuck roast, red beans and rice, pork roast with rice and gravy, all day spaghetti sauce.
