Don't really like to cook, but I'm pretty good at it and I love good food...so sometimes I just get over it. various meats sauteed with garlic, oniions and peppers; poured over pasta or rice Southern fried anything, turkey and dressing (not stuffing), beef stew using chuck roast, red beans and rice, pork roast with rice and gravy, all day spaghetti sauce.
