Pan-Seared Tilapia

I didn't add the extra butter because I wanted to keep this dish light. Overall great but could use some more seasoning mixed into the flour.

Peanut Butter Cake II

Great cake and frosting. Definitely a rich cake and was a big hit with everyone. The frosting was a little difficult to work with but I probably should have done a little more cream to thin it.

This is just the easiest recipe and it is so moist and good. Second time I have made it and I don't feel the need to ever try another chocolate cake recipe. I did do a full cup of cocoa powder the second time and just as good. Now just to find a great chocolate frosting to top it.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

It was a good flavor but had a gritty taste of the cocoa powder. It seems as though the powder should have been added in with water or something to take away the grit. I followed the directions exactly so I am not sure what happened. A friend thinks it was because there isn't any crisco in it but not sure that would have helped.

Prime Rib

Did it for 7 minutes per pound at 500 degrees. Then turned it off and left it for the 90 minutes. It didn't get cooked well enough so bumped it up to 350 for a few additional minutes. Had a thermometer in it so we could monitor it through the window without opening the door. Was a great recipe and a big hit with all for Christmas dinner. Will be repeating it for sure.

Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon-Mustard Dressing

Easy OREO Truffles

Peanut Butter French Toast

Everyone really enjoyed this. I had a problem with the PB being on the bottom of the dish so maybe I will try heating it as other reviewers suggested. Will definitely be making again. Added sliced bananas on top and everyone loved it!

Marinade for Chicken

Not for us. Just think it was too many flavors that didn't really blend. Salty even though I left out salt and did reduced sodium soy sauce. Will try another.

Fudge Puddles

Huge hit! Definitely better a day later. First batch I rolled the balls, second I just scooped in the dough and it worked just fine and was much faster.
