Chocolate Zucchini Bread I
I think this is, by far, the best zucchini bread recipe that I have made so far. I made it just as the recipe calls, but added 1 cup of chopped pecans. Also, when I sprayed the pans with cooking spray, I coated the pans with sugar. You have to scrape a knife in between the pan sides and bread to kinda loosen it, but it give the out side of the bread a sweet, crunchy texture. I brought this to work and it was gone in about an hour. Thanks for a great recipe.
