Shrimp and Crabmeat Loaf
This was awsome! I found 7 oz. packages of crabmeat and shrimp at WalMart, so that made it that much easier. Instead of salt and pepper, I used "Slap 'yo Mama" cajun seasoning and baked them open-faced for about 15 min. on 350 degrees. This is a great summer time meal.

Pat's Baked Beans
This is a great recipe and so easy! I followed as written, except for one thing. I put it in a slow cooker and cooked it on low for about 5-6 hours. The flavors melded together really well. This is a staple at any family function!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Dessert
I have been making this recipe for some time now and have never been disapointed. I have occasionally added a can of apple pie filling on top of the cream cheese mixture. Makes a whole different kind of dessert.
