Easy Granola Bars
These are the BEST & easiest granola bars I have ever made. I don't even buy store ones anymore. My family loves them so much that I make 2 different kinds of them at least twice a week.

Coconut Macaroons
This cookie is soooo awesome. My husband & I like them A LOT better without the almond extract. I made them again today, but I added 2 large squares of bakers chocolate. They are even better now!!!!!

Thin Mint Crackers
These were the easiest to make. My family loves them. I will share the recipe with all my friends. I melted my chocolate in the microwave and it goes so much faster. I will be making these all year long. Not just at Christmas.
