Fabulous French Loaves
This was fabulous! Crunchy crust, nice crumb and best of all, I made the dough in my bread machine on the dough cycle and baked it in the oven. Easy, easy!! Thanks! For those who made it in the machine and had some stickiness. Just throw some flour on the board and voila1 No Sticky!

French Bread
I did this in my bread machine set on the Dough cycle. After it was done, I put it in a bowl to rise or if you only want to make 2 loaves just leave in and finish rising on the dough cycle. I then proceeded to make the loaves and bake in the oven. Great results! I have a bad shoulder and this saves me all the kneading and I can make the traditional torpedo shaped loaves.
