I started cooking when I was hired as a "babysitter" when I was 19. When I was asked if I could cook, I answered on the basis that I was cooking for a three year old. I was wrong. I was expected to cook for the entire family, and not from a jar or box. I was thrown into cooking, and found that I really enjoyed it. WAY WAY too much to list here.
