White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
Wow...these were even better than I thought they would be. I was curious to see how the white chocolate and cranberries would work together but what a great combo! Cookies came out perfect! I have made them a few times already for different Christmas events.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil
Tasted good but a little heavy for my tastes...my husband loved it though. Next time I think I will try the butter spray and maybe cut down on the amount of parmesan. I used real shredded parm instead of grated...that might have made a difference too?

Round Steak and Gravy II
Awesome flavor but my steak came out dry...I think this would be perfect done in a slow cooker or else using a more tender type of steak. I didn't have french onion soup on hand so I used cream of mushroom and golden mushroom. Great Gravy!
