Peppermint Brittle
Very good, but very sweet! The more you crush the peppermint sticks the more pink your brittle becomes.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
These cookies we're so good- crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Probably the best oatmeal recipe i've used.
