This is the best Apple Crisp I have ever made. I used fuji apples, only added a splash of water, and doubled the crust as other reviewers suggested. My family loved it so this will now be the only apple crisp recipe I use.

Easy Eggplant Dish

I was kind of skeptical about this dish because it called for boiling the veggies. It turned out great and I also think it could make a great Turkey stuffing.

World's Best Lasagna

I really liked this recipe. I rarely make lasagna because my husband is Italian and I'm not so my lasagna is never what he expects lasagna to be. He loved this recipe and raved that it was close to what his Mother would make. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers

Fajita Marinade I

I didn't have liquid smoke so I omitted it. I also omitted the garlic and added a Tbsp. of Chili Garlic Sauce, 1tsp of cumin, 1tsp. smoked paprika. I marinated steak and chicken all day then grilled it for approximately 30 min. over low heat. Delish!

Smoked Paprika Goulash for the Slow Cooker

I thought this was just ok. My husband loved it and said it tasted better the next day. I'll try this again and make 1 day in advance. As other reviewers stated the smoked paprika is key.

Southwest Dipping Sauce

I thought this was an excellent dipping sauce. I didn't have horseradish on hand so I used about a tsp. of wasabi paste. I also added smoked paprika to give the sauce a nice smoky finish. As another reviewer suggested I added a little garlic powder as well.

Amy's Delicious Turkey Burgers

The best turkey burger I've had. My husband was not looking forward to turkey burgers but after he had these he said they were awesome. We added lettuce, tomato, red onion, and sliced avocado. Delicious!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

This was great and will replace my traditional family potato salad recipe. I will definitely make again but will take other reviewers advice of adding cheddar cheese to make it taste more like a baked potato salad.

Ham A La King

I have been making this recipe for years only adding the ham at my son's request. He his the pickiest eater ever and often requests that I make this. I also add 5 slices of cheese and about 2 tsp of mustard for extra thickness, color, and flavor. This recipe is so quick and easy.

Portobello Sandwiches

This is an awesome recipe. Great alternative to burgers. I added sliced tomato and red onion. I also have made them grilled and broiled them. They turn out great either way. I agree with other reviewers to make sure to purchase fresh hamburger buns (makes all the difference in the overall taste of the sandwich).

Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa

This was an excellent dish. The mango salsa was a perfect complement to the tuna. My husband and I love hot/spicy food but the heat was a little intense for us in this recipe. Next time I will cut down on the cayenne a bit.

Broccoli Casserole III

I took the suggestion of other reviewers and cooked the broccoli first. I then mixed in the cheese, topped with the bread crumb mixture and baked per the instructions. My husband and I loved it.

Blue Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Most of the reviews I read stated this recipe was great. My family and I thought the blue cheese overpowered the taste of the mushrooms. I will try this again but next time I will make this with less blue cheese.

This was awesome despite the small modification I had to make. The grocery store was out of sweet onions so I substituted the sweet onion for a yellow onion and sautéed the onion for a couple minutes. Delicious! Will definitely make again!

Easy White Chicken Enchiladas

Delicious! I took another reviewers advice and combined rice and beans and put it over the sauce on the bottom of the pan as a side dish. Turned out great.
