Easy White Chicken Enchiladas

Delicious! I took another reviewers advice and combined rice and beans and put it over the sauce on the bottom of the pan as a side dish. Turned out great.

Lemon Squares I

This was the best lemon squares recipe I have ever made! My family loved them. One important note is to set the oven to 20 degrees less than recommended if using a glass pan. I found using fresh lemon juice makes a huge difference in the taste compared to store bought lemon juice.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Great flavor! I let the chicken sit overnight in the spice rub prior to sautéing it. I chopped up the remaining chicken breast and put it on a salad the next day. Delish! Even my husband liked this and he normally doesn't like chicken.

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

This was fantastic! I made this for a family party and everyone raved about the recipe. My family said it was better than a traditional store bought ice cream cake. I used store bought fudge in place of the chocolate mixture to save time. I wouldn't recommend this becuase the fudge oozed out a little after I cut the dessert. I also created layers starting with the crust, ice cream, crust, peanuts, ice cream, and fudge.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I thought these were delicious. My son loved them and he normally won't eat anything other than a chocolate chip cookie. I used 1/2 shortening and 1/2 butter. They turned out thin, crispy and a slight bit chewy. Next time I will use bigger spoonfuls to make a chewier cookie.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This recipe was good. My husband loved it and I thought it was ok. Next time I will broil the tilapia longer before I put the cheese mixture on top. I had to broil the tilapia about 3 minutes longer than the recipe called for which made the topping get a little burnt.

This was an awesome dish! The only things we changed were to use flour tortillas instead of corn and used lowfat ingredients. Both my husband and I loved it!

Italian Sausage Soup

This was a really great soup. This will definitely will be on my list to make again.I added an extra 14 oz of broth. Normally when I make soup the broth is absorbed by the ingredients in the soup.
