Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
I make a very similar casserole w/o ham but with leftover holiday ham, I decided to make this. I was tempted to use the cream of celery that I had on hand, but took another reviewers advice and went out for the cream of tator soup and am positive it make all the difference. My recipe w/o ham calls for cream of chix and with the cream of tator it was way creamier!!! SOOOOOOO good!! We're going to crack a few eggs over the leftovers in the morning!!

Slow Cooker Venison Roast
I soaked my roast overnight in milk to help tenderize and also I have been told that it makes it less "gamey" tasting. I omitted the soy and worchestire sauces and added carrots, tators and a can of corn later in cooking and it was a home run! My husband loved it!

Chicken Enchiladas II
Used Cream of chix soup and like a true Gringa wife (of a full blooded Mexican) I used corn tortillas. Hubby liked as well as friends who were visiting!
