Crispy Orange Beef
I made this exactly as written and it was excellent. My husband loved it as well. The sauce and the beef were both great, although I think I would add a tad more ginger and a little bit of sesame oil as well.
I did change the accompanying vegetables as I'm the only one that likes broccoli. I stir-fried some carrots, onions, and sugar snap peas in the remaining oil just before I added the garlic, ginger, and orange zest to the pan.
Amazingly good!
