Picadillo (Cuban Beef Hash)

I followed the recipe as is, but used adobo sauce because I didn't have the seasoning--very good smokey flavor and a bit of added heat. Also added chopped fresh tomato to the mixture and sauteed carrots, onion and bell peppers on the side. No rice for me.
