Chocolate Mint Cookies I
These are delicious! I used the mint truffle hershey kisses and left them whole. I believe they are only available at Christmas time. I don't recommend refrigerating overnight though. It was VERY hard the next morning. Will definitely make again and follow the 1 hour chill time. Thank you!
