I'm a busy mom and full time student. I hate to cook, but enjoy saving money and time. So I have turned to "freezer meals" and try to just cook once a month.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
Excellent flavor! I was in a hurry, and didn't have over-ripe bananas, so I had to use regular bananas. Still turned out great! 1 batch made 8 mini loaves - filled nearly 3/4 full and they rose perfectly to make nice shaped loaves. Will wrap and give out to neighbors for Christmas. Thank you!

Grilled Salmon I
I received many compliments! I was afraid the flavor would be overpowering - but it wasn't. It complimented the flavor of the salmon perfectly. Thank you.
