Green Tomato Cake
It is ridiculous how good this is. It's making me ask random people if they grow tomatoes so I can give them the recipe. I blended the tomatoes in the food processor before salting & draining, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Next year I'll be picking green tomatoes during the summer just to make this cake.

Foolproof Rib Roast
Do NOT be scared to do this! I've never made a rib roast before, and this recipe's maiden voyage for me was as the star of a dinner party. It truly is foolproof provided you follow the directions. I only wish I'd bought a bigger roast. I will never make ham for Christmas again. This is so easy and delicious... this is the way to go!

Basil Butter
This is SUPER yummy. I replaced the garlic salt with a couple cloves of garlic. This would be a great way to use up fresh basil if you have an over-abundance.
