Pork Chop Potato Casserole
This was good but i cooked it at 375 for 50 min covered, then 15 uncovered. Paranoid about under-cooking.

Sour Cream Pork Chops
Great flavor, whole family loved it. Made as directed, but only cooked for about half the time. Sauce did not thicken what so ever, but tasted good.

Strawberry Pie II
Delicious! The whole family loved it. I did reduce the sugar to 3/4 c. It does thicken really fast so I did not cook it near 10 min. Chilled about 5 hours.
