Guacamole

This truly is a great guacamole recipe. I took it to a SuperBowl party and it was a hit. I did not change a thing. If I make it for my family I would add more cilantro.

My husband is from the south and loves BBQ sauce! I have made this recipe over and over again, with no variations. We've matched it up against all the "best" secret recipes and this is still our favorite!

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

This was a great bbq sauce, a nice combination of flavors. Some of my bbq sauce connoisseur friends thought it was a little too sweet and didn't have quite enough "kick" to it, so I will add a little more chili powder and little less brown sugar to offset next time. All in all I will stick with this recipe and try to make small adjustments to alter it to our tastes.

Great recipe, I would definitely make it again. I made mini loaves and baked them for 1 hour, next time I will only bake for 50 minutes.

This recipe if fantastic, all of my friends and family love it. The lemon juice tenderizes the meat. It is fabulous recipe whether the ingredients are traditionally Greek or not!!!

Sesame Seared Tuna

This recipe is excellent!! I basted the finished steaks with more of the sauce before I served it. We have made this 3 times in the last couple of months.

Spinach Salad with Peaches and Pecans

Only because I made this recipe on the spur of the moment and had some perfectly ripe peaches I sumbstituted walnuts for the directed peacans and used fat free raspberry peacan dressing. It was great tasting combination of flavors and refreshing on a hot summer evening.

Chicken and Lentils

Very good and different, exotically flavored chicken dish. I made it once and it seemed a little too salty so the second time I made it I used a pinch rather than the 1/2 teaspoon as directed. My family loves it.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This recipe is excellent, I have made it 3 times in a month. My husband loved it, two gourmet cooks asked me for the recipe. Possibly best of all, it is quick and easy to prepare.
