Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
I have to give this 5 stars. It was not only delicious, but beautiful. I took other readers' advice and baked 35 min turning once, and then broiled separately 5 min each side. It was perfect. I've never been able to get that golden look until now. Thanks for a great and simple recipe.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
This was the best green bean casserole I've ever tasted. Took it to a family dinner and it was a huge hit. Took other users' advice and cooked the onion with the butter and reduced the flour by half. I found there wasn't enough crumbs/butter mix to top a 9x13 pan, so I just doubled that to cover the top nicely. Worked great! Thanks for a great recipe.

Wedding Cake Icing
The first time I made this it was with vegetable shortening...wasn't happy with the result. Then, I gave it another try with butter shortening and it was perfect. Exactly the icing we were looking for.
