Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Well.. being a complete moron in the kitchen. I forgot to add the egg and the milk! Still turned out GREAT! I used a whole (small) onion, put the brown sugar mixture on top (and some in the meat). Using the crackers was great. I crushed 1/2 cup and used 1/4 in the recipe and used the rest on the bottom of the pan after reading the reviews on sogginess. (Forgetting the milk solved that problem) Everyone enjoyed it.. even the picky eating princess!
