Great texture, but not terribly peanutty. Might benefit from the addition of some ground peanuts.

These are weirdly delicious. I took the previous comment's advice and doubled the amount of peanut butter and chocolate chips. You don't have to measure terribly accurately to get good results with this recipe, and it strikes me as something that would be fun to experiment with, as in different types of cookies for the base, or adding other tasty things like m&ms. Will definitely make again.

I've been experimenting with cocoa recipes for a couple of weeks now, and this is the best one I've found so far. The sweetness is just right, and the "thick and creamy" quotient is perfect. I would have liked a more intense chocolate flavor (but then again, I'm a chocolate snob); next time I will try a premium brand of cocoa powder and see what happens.
