I have used this recipe a few times, and like it very much. I substitute half whole wheat flour for one of the white cups of flour for a little nutrition. It tastes great! Nutty. I also use my breadmaker, and find that I need an extra 1/3 cup of either flour, as the machine kneads it much more than one would by hand. Thanks for the simple and delicious crust recipe, Phyllis!
