Spicy Chicken Enchiladas
These were great chicken enchiladas, they are spicy just as the name suggests so, I suggest omitting the jalapeno or substitute a poblano or some other mild pepper if you don't like spicy. We love spicy so I might try chipotle peppers or habanaro peppers next time. Thanks for the great recipe!

Egg Salad Sandwiches
Best egg salad sandwich I've ever had! The dill definitely adds something to the flavor! I did make a couple additions though, some smoked paprika, a little dijon mustard, didn't have onion flakes so I used powder and I also added a little garlic salt. Excellent

Campbell's(R) Spicy Salsa Mac 'n' Beef
Was good, even the kids liked it but, it definitely needs another can of cheese soup or maybe some extra sharp cheddar!
