Spiced Quinoa
I made this for dinner tonight and just have to say how great it was! I followed the recipe exactly (including the raisins), but substituted toasted slivered almonds for the pine nuts. I served it with sweet apple chicken sausages and warm pita bread and hummus. Will definitely make again and again. Thanks!

Tex-Mex Turkey Soup
I loved this soup, but my husband thought it was too tomatoey and my kids did not like the cilantro. I will make this again, but will use less tomatoes (maybe one small can instead of a large can) and leave the cilantro as an optional topping only. I think it's a great way to use leftover turkey!

Sausage Balls
I think these were a little too cheesy. While baking, the cheese melted and spread out, making the bottoms of the sausage balls flat and connected together with a cheesy crust. The flavor was good though. I actually thought they tasted better the next day COLD, right out the refrigerator. If I make them again, I will definitely cut back on the cheese.
