I am not one that likes to use boxed puddings, although they save time and taste okay. This recipe is delicious as I knew it would be and it was surprisingly easy to make. It is the bottom filling of my eclairs topped with whipped cream and topped with chocolate. A wonderful combination and irressistable to my family. I like that in a recipe! :)
