Any time a dish does not turn out well is a tragedy to me. I don't like to waste food, and if it does not taste good no one is going to eat it.

Cream of Mushroom Soup I
Everything but the Sherry, did not have it. Turned out great. Will make again and again.

Ham with Pineapple Sauce
Used one whole can crushed pineapple and adjusted the cornstarch, everything else the same. I cut up the ham and put the sauce on top and baked until heated through. Turned out great.

Pan-Fried Asparagus
This is absolutely delicious, followed the recipe no changes. Had the whole bunch to myself, rest of the family likes canned asparagus, go figure.
