This recipe was amazing! I followed another reviewer's suggestion and put a streusel topping on top of the whole thing before baking. It was the perfect amount of crunch and sweet--oh and nice and buttery too!

Chocolate Mice

These were a big hit at our Halloween party. They are so cute and they taste good too. As for the tails not sticking--I just poked my licorice into their little behinds and they stayed put. I also found that they are easier to shape if the batter is not completely stiff. Highly recommended!

Gooseberry Jam

Delicious! I'd never tasted a gooseberry before, and wasn't sure what to expect. My jam turned out great, perfect sweet/tart combo, and such a beautiful color. My family loves it too!
