Homemade Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
Very good cookies! My 2-1/2 year old loved the dough, and he usually won't eat the dough. :) I got tired of rolling out the balls, so I used a 1-Tablespoon melon baller instead, and it worked great. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the cookies. After you add the frosting and the other cookie (to make "oreos"), it was SO BIG! Not very easy to eat. I will make smaller cookies next time.

Faux-reo Filling
Very good filling! It was slighty runny at first, but after being in the fridge for about 2 hours, it got a good consistency and kept it. Also, VERY easy to make, no problems at all making this.

Faux-reos
yum, yum, yum! VERY easy to make. I would also recommend sticking with very small dough balls, since the smaller, the more you end up with! :) The dough even made a very good BIG cookie for my husband. My friends are now asking when I'm going to make it again!
