Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
This was very good, easy, and the feta on top made it wonderful. Both kids asked for seconds. I used precooked bacon, no olive oil, and fried it up just long enough to grease the pan, then added garlic, for one minute, then tomatoes.
