Barbecued Beef
My only barbecued beef recipe! Easy to prepare, tastes wonderful, simple to double or triple for picnics. It's always a hit.

Spanish Rice Bake
Awesome recipe. It can be served as a side or maindish, and the ground beef can be left out without hurting the flavor. Even my kids love it.
