Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Fantastic!!! Best chili I've ever made and I have made a lot. I did cut back on the chili powder.

Halibut with Zesty Peach Salsa
Fantastic flavor. The peach salsa complimented the halibut beautifully. Fresh peaches are the best to use. I did try using canned, but have decided fresh is the only way to go.
