World's Best Lasagna
Let me start by saying that I am not the best lasagna maker. I've tried many recipes and they've always turned out too dry or too soupy. Not this recipe. It was perfect. My husband said it was the BEST lasagna he has ever had. Thanks to the reviewer who suggested putting the lasagna noodles in a bowl of hot tap water for 25 minutes instead of cooking them. Great tip! I only made a few minor changes. I reduced the salt to 1 tsp. (1 Tbls. must have been a type error), I increased the garlic quite a bit and lastly, I used extra sauce between the layers. This recipe makes enough extra sauce to use too because even after I added some extra sauce, I still had some leftover. Thank you, John for helping me to finally make the perfect lasagna!

Cheese Rosti
This is good comfort food. I used two pounds of the pre shredded potatoes that you can get in the refrigerated section at the grocery store to save some time. I added some diced onion garlic powder, and a little leftover crumbled bacon that I had. I used a large pizza pan to help me flip this and it worked great.
