Yellow Squash and Corn Casserole

A great, easy recipe that was a perfect use of the squash threatening to take over our counter. We ate it as a main dish and really enjoyed it with a salad and bread on the side. We'll definitely be enjoying it again this summer!

Sesame Green Beans

These are good, but the sesame seeds jump around a lot! Keep your lid nearby. I also used toasted sesame oil and it adds a delicious flavor to the beans.

Seasoning For Tacos

Really good. I used smoked paprika and no cayenne and it was good. I might use a little less salt next time I make it, but this will definitely take the place of store bought packs of seasoning at our house.

Baked Potato Soup V

I love this soup recipe and so does everyone in my family. I have made it several times and have found that you can easily lighten it up- using skim milk, reduced fat cheese and sour cream- and it still tastes fantastic. I have also needed to use chicken stock to thin it out, but it adds a great flavor to the soup. Thanks for a great recipe!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

This was a great recipe for a quick dinner. Don't overcook as it tends to dry out. I did cut the balsamic in 1/3 cup as some suggested but would probably not do that again as we love the flavor. Easy, impressive and delicious!

This was fantastic! Quick, easy and impressive! We will add this to our list of favorite ways to eat eggplant. We had it as a main dish, but would work nicely as a side to grilled chicken. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Chicken Garlic Pizza
