It's Chili by George!!
Well, I have been simmering this for 4 hours now in the crockpot...it is fantastic already! Can't wait to make some cornbread to dip in it!! Only changes were to up the spice a bit except for chili & cayenne, along with some more kidney beans and whole tomatoes w/juices instead of tomato juice.

Rempel Family Meatloaf
My fiancee dubbed this "the best meatloaf he has ever had." I have never seen him get so excited about leftovers! It gets better each day. And this is sooo easy to make. Made a red gravy sauce from FoodNetwork website (sorry!) to go over the meatloaf along with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Breakfast Casserole II
This was really good even though I changed it. I added onion, red pepper, green pepper, omitted mushrooms, and subbed the cream of mushroom with cream of chicken soup. People asked for recipe. Makes a lot.
