About this Cook
My husband says it is strange but I feel really refreshed when I am cooking. I know many people run for drinking when they are stressed, but I tend to bake when I am stressed.
My favorite things to cook
I do LOVE baking. As my husband is here with me only over weekends, I often bring cakes to the office or freeze.
My cooking tragedies
It is really sad to see a flat cake in the oven.....

Spicy Orange Beef
My husband and I love this recipe. I added steamed broccoli and sauted onion to complete the meal. As many people recommended , I omitted orange zest, but would add it the next time. Marmalade was not enough for a strong orange flavour.

Quiche Lorraine I
I made it to celebrate the Bastille day. It turned out just great. Both my husband and I love it. To reduce cholesterol, I used 1 whole egg and 4 egg white and unsweetened soy milk instead of milk. I also added some spinach. We brought the leftover to work on the next day, it still tastes great.

Lemon Pasta Sauce
I replaced heavy cream with flour&skim milk to reduce calories. It still tastes great with a lot of flavour.
