Banana Banana Bread
Just an indication of how good this basic recipe is--I had to modify it quite a bit and it still came out incredible. When I began making this, I quickly read over the ingredients and just started putting things together. I thought that it called for 2 1/3 bananas instead of 2 1/3 cups--oops! So, I added in about 3/4 cup of applesauce to make sure it stayed moist. Then I realized I only had unsalted butter. I had to cook it a bit longer but the bread still came out great and will now be a staple in our house. Next time I'll make sure to follow the real recipe!
